US Bank subsidiary Elavon lands UK banking authorisation

  • The company’s new authorization allows it to continue providing its existing services in the UK through the Temporary Permissions Regime. It will operate in the UK under a Third Country Branch banking license while remaining under the regulatory oversight of its primary regulator, the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
