ICYMI fintech funding round-up: Bitlayer, Quartr, FutureMoney, Solifi and more

  • Bitlayer (Singapore) secured $9 million in a Series A extension, co-led by Polychain Capital and Franklin Templeton, following a $5 million seed and $11 million Series A. Funds will support Bitlayer V2 product development, focused on a Bitcoin-native rollup with OpVM technique.
  • Quartr (Sweden), an app offering access to earnings calls and company info, raised $6 million from Atleos Ventures to accelerate market share growth. Atleos will join Quartr’s board.
  • FutureMoney (Boston), an investech, raised $2.5 million in pre-seed funding to support user acquisition and platform expansion after launching its micro-investing platform.
  • Round Treasury (London) raised $2.1 million in pre-seed funding, led by Passion Capital, to expand its team and enhance its treasury management platform across Europe.
  • ZenStatement (India), a finance automation platform, secured $1.62 million in seed funding from 3One4 Capital and others to expand in India and internationally while enhancing its AI-driven cash flow management solution.
  • Solifi (US/UK), focused on asset finance software, received a majority investment from TA Associates to enhance products and expand into adjacent markets through mergers and acquisitions.
