Zimpler: Appoints new chairwoman and chief growth officer
- Zimpler an authorized Swedish payment institution under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority
- With immediate effect–appointed Katarina Bonde as their new chair of the board, and Nicolas Köllerstedt as Chief Growth Officer
- Bonde will replace Peo Nilsson, who will remain on as a board member
- Katarina Bonde brings over 20 years of experience holding board positions for scale-up companies
- She is currently on the board of several successful businesses, including a SaaS company
- Bonde will focus on continuing the company’s sustainable growth and expanding it into new segments and markets
