Virtualitics: Raises $18M in Funding

  • Virtualitics Inc., a Pasadena, Calif.-based AI-driven data analytics software company, closed a $18m Series B funding
  • The round was led by North Sound Ventures with participation from existing investors Centricus and The Venture Reality Fund
  • In conjunction with the funding, Brian Miller, Chief Investment Officer of North Sound Partners, has joined Virtualitics’ Board of Directors
  • The company intends to use the funds to expand its business with the defense industry as well as accelerating and increasing engagements in commercial markets
  • Virtualitics provides a SaaS AI-driven data analytics and 3D visualization platform that lets anyone discover and communicate actionable insights from complex data quickly
  • Virtualitics’ patented technology is based on research at California Institute of Technology and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL)
