Vicinity Centres Appoints Peter Huddle as Acting CEO

  • Vicinity Centres (VCX) appoints its Chief Operating Office, Peter Huddle, as Acting CEO, effective at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting on November 16
  • VCX says since joining the company in 2019, Mr Huddle has been instrumental in bringing the company’s functions together and delivering a cohesive, integrated team
  • Before joining Vicinity, Mr Huddle had a “long and distinguished” career at Westfield in a variety of leadership roles in Australia, Brazil and the US
  • VicinityCentres is currently in the process of appointing executive search firm Egon Zehnder to undertake a global search for the replacement of outgoing CEO Grant Kelley
  • Shares in VicinityCentres are down 1.28 per cent to $1.93 at 10:49 am AEDT
