Venture Minerals: Receives positive FID for Riley Iron Ore Mine

  • Venture Minerals Board has delivered a positive final investment decision (FID) for the Riley Iron Ore Mine in Tasmania
  • This decision has prompted preparations for mining and dry screening activities to begin immediately with mining set to begin in a week
  • The positive FID decision is a key milestone for Venture on its push towards the first shipment of iron ore from Riley
  • Further, on June 10 and July 9, Venture signed agreements with Hydro Tasmania and TasPorts, securing shipping pathways for Riley Iron Ore product
  • Then the company is now in final discussions to secure financing options to complete the construction of the wet screening plant
  • Venture is up 3.23 per cent on the market and shares are currently trading for 3.2 cents each
