  • The round was led by Owl Rock
  • The company intends to use the funds to build out its XIM solution
  • The company also announced the acquisition of EnjoyHQ, an experience insights hub, to bolster its ResearchOps (ReOps) capabilities
  • EnjoyHQ allows researchers to centralize and organize customer feedback and research findings into a single location, helping teams to consolidate and collaborate regardless of where that data originated from
  • With offices in four countries, the company serves global brands such as Google, Oracle, Aetna, Santander, News UK and half of the Fortune 100
