  • The round was led by Triple Impact Capital and Freestyle Capital with participation from Techstars
  • The company intends to use the funds for the upcoming launch of their core technology platform
  • Led by CEO Jake Rothstein and COO Peter Badgley, The company provides a managed living option for older adults in the USA
  • The platform will also allow company’s internal team to manage all member and family engagement
  • The company are now available in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties
