UniCredit, a commercial bank based in Milan, has undergone a leadership restructuring to advance its digital and banking transformation. The bank has appointed Ali Khan as the new Group Digital and Information Officer (DIO) to drive the next phase of digital and data transformation. Gianfranco Bisagni has returned to lead group operations, partnering with Khan to consolidate the digital and operations departments. Teodora Petkova assumes the role of Group Head of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) while Ivan Vlaho assists her as Deputy and serves as CEO of Croatia. UniCredit aims to drive convergence within CEE, enhance digital integrity, and implement its strategic plan, UniCredit Unlocked.
