Ultima United Completes acquisition of Japanese land

  • Ultima United (UUL) has announced that it has finalised the acquisition of three pieces of land in Hokkaido for its Japanese development
  • The company has acquired in Niseko, a popular ski resort town, Lot 8 for $9.97M and Lot 9 for $9.47M and Lot 10 for an undisclosed amount
  • The company announced in December plans to buy and develop three plots of land at TELLUS Villas
  • UUL stated it has received binding letters of intent from two unrelated parties interested in purchasing the completed villas on lots 8 and 9
  • Shares in ULL are down 10.7 per cent to 75 cents at 12:30 pm AEST
