State Gas: Achieves record gas flow from Reid’s Dome

  • State Gas (GAS) has achieved a new record gas flow from the Nyanda-4 CSG well at the Reid’s Dome Project in central Queensland
  • On September 16 the company announced that gas flow rates from Nyanda-4 had exceeded 240 million standard cubic feet per day
  • Pleasingly, gas flow rates have continued to increase with a record rate of 310 million standard cubic feet per day
  • This increased production follows on from recent installation of customised pumping equipment designed and constructed specifically for Reid’s Dome
  • This will continue to be valuable in optimising future gas production from the project
  • State Gas is down 1.72 per cent and shares are trading for 57 cents at 12:24 pm AEST
