Sovereign Metals Appoints Head of Development for Kasiya

  • Sovereign Metals (SVM) appoints Paul Marcos as Head of Development for the Kasiya Rutile Project in Malawi
  • In this position, he will lead and manage key technical components of the project including the ongoing scoping study and future feasibility studies
  • Mr Marcos has 27 years of operations, engineering and consulting experience with the majority in the mineral sands sector
  • From 1996 to 2004 he held a number of project development roles at Iluka Resources (ILU)
  • Prior to joining Sovereign, Mr Marcos worked at Base Resources (BSE), Iluka Resources (ILU) and TZ Minerals International
  • Shares in Sovereign are steady on the market and trading at 59 cents at 2:09 pm AEST
