Siren Gold Raises $4.4m to further explore NZ

  • Siren Gold (SNG) looks to raise $4.4 million to continue exploration at its Reefton Goldfields projects in New Zealand
  • The company will issue 21 million shares to institutional, professional and sophisticated investors at a price of 21 cents each
  • Funds from the raise will be used to update the resource estimates at Alexander River and Sams Creek, and complete a maiden resource estimate at Big River
  • Over the June quarter, Siren spent $2.6 million on exploration and evaluation expenditure and finished the period with $1.9 million cash
  • SNG shares are down 8.93 per cent to trade at 25.5 cents each at 2:11 pm AEST
