  • The investment came from funds managed by YFM Equity Partners (YFM), alongside participation from incumbent shareholders and incoming non-executive directors and advisers
  • QualityClouds provides leadership and developer teams with a suite of development and governance tools
  • The company was founded in 2015, and launched QualityClouds for ServiceNow in late 2016 and QualityClouds for Salesforce in 2018
  • As of April 2022, they had scanned more than 9 million configuration elements and over 60 million lines of ServiceNow and Salesforce code
