Petratherm: Completes drilling at Comet

Petratherm Completes drilling at Comet

  • Petratherm (PTR) completes the initial follow up air-core drilling of rare earth mineralised areas at the Comet Project in the Northern Gawler Craton of South Australia
  • The program included 330 drill holes, totalling 9839 metres, with an average hole depth of 30 metres
  • The company said the drill rig and crew are now demobilising from site and the last batch of samples are in transit to laboratories for testing
  • Due to the high workload currently being experienced at the laboratory, initial results are taking longer than originally predicted and now expected by the end of the month
  • PTR shares are up 10.7 per cent to trade at 8.3 cents each at 2:23 pm AEST
