  • Payverse, a Sherman Oaks, CA-based provider of a payment processor, raised an undisclosed amount in Seed funding
  • The round was led by The Artemis Fund with participation from Alpha Ascent Ventures, Frank Mastrangelo, Mary Wieler, and Jonathan Palmer
  • The company intends to use the funds to hire key talent and further develop its product roadmap – enabling more global commerce capabilities
  • The company provides a payment processor that is focused on enabling global commerce by integrating emerging technologies
  • In addition to the UnionPay and processing platform product offerings, the company will enable B2B payments, remittances, BNPL, and cryptocurrency processing via their proprietary platform
