OCR Labs (now IDVerse) was the first Australian private company to be accredited as an identity provider outside of the Australian Government’s Digital Identity System. The company can extract information from and verify the legitimacy of any identity document globally, with real-time checks against government and credit bureau databases. IDVerse also incorporates “liveness” verification, using AI to confirm that the person presenting the document is alive and owns the document being presented.
