  • Nota is the developer and provider of self-service support application Helpfeel, an instant FAQ B2B SaaS that enables high rates of self-service by customers and reduces support costs
  • Helpfeel is only available in Japanese at this time
  • The English language version is coming soon
  • The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and marketing and to boost growth of Helpfeel and other products, Scrapbox
