    • Johnson brings extensive executive experience from her previous roles, including Head of New Product Development and Innovation at Bank of America.
    • She also served as an Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase, where she oversaw global FX product go-to-market, commercialization, and partnerships.
  3. Responsibilities:
    • As CPO, Johnson will collaborate with Nium’s risk and compliance units in various markets to enhance frameworks, establish new relationships, and strengthen the existing financial network.
    • Her focus will be on driving strategy and routine operations, as well as expanding and managing Nium’s payments network.
  4. Nium’s Profile:
    • Nium, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Singapore and San Francisco, offers global payment and card issuance solutions to financial institutions.
    • The platform facilitates enterprises in making payments in over 100 currencies to more than 190 countries, with 85 of them processed in real time.
