Moesif Raises $12M in Series A Funding

  • Moesif, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of product insights into how customers use their APIs and tooling to build developer experiences, raised $12m in Series A funding
  • The round was led by David Sacks and Arra Malekzadeh of Craft Ventures, the latter of whom will join Moesif’s board
  • The company, which has raised $15.5m in total funding to date, intends to use the funds to hire across engineering, sales, developer relations, and customer success
  • The company also opened its platform to 3rd party developers to build custom API reports and workflows to support API users
  • Customers span financial, healthtech, logistics and enterprise software and include both startups like Tomorrow.io and Symbl.ai
  • The company is partnered with API management vendors providing plugins for Kong, f5 NGINX, Tyk, Amazon API Gateway, Microsoft Azure APIM, among others
