metaMe Health Raises $2.2M in Funding

metaMe Health, Inc., a Chicago, IL-based Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDT) company, raised $2.2M in a bridge funding round
The round was led by Hyde Park Angels (HPA), with participation from some individuals
With the funding, Ken Greisman, the deal lead from HPA and a veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, joined the company’s board of directors
The company intends to use the funds to continue preparation for Regulora’s market launch and to build out its commercial infrastructure
metaMeHealth is advancing Regulora^Ⓡ, a FDA-authorized Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDT specifically for abdominal pain associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in adults
It provides relief to these patients through Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy (GDH) through a smartphone app
