  • The round, which took total raise to $9.5M, was co-led by MetaProp and Allegion Ventures with participation from Singtel Innov8, Greycroft, and Animo Ventures
  • In conjunction with the funding, Jeanne Casey, principal, MetaProp, based in New York City, joined Mapped’s board
  • The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach
  • The company combines cloud AI and intelligent edge software to automatically discover, ingest, and normalize data about people, places
  • The platform is then able to map this data into a simple ontology to help digitization teams, app developers, data scientists, systems engineers
