Lithium Energy Raises $15m for Solaroz and Burke projects

  • Lithium Energy (LEL) completes a $15 million capital raise to accelerate drilling at the Solaroz lithium project in Argentina
  • The oversubscribed placement issued 15 million shares to institutional, sophisticated and professional investors at $1 per share
  • LithiumEnergy plans to secure another rig for its 5000-metre program which began earlier this week to test the lithium mineralisation, porosity and flow rate at its flagship project
  • Further, the company hopes to apply funds toward drilling, studies and development activities at the Burke graphite project in QLD
  • LEL shares are up 7.08 per cent to close at $1.29
