LearnWorlds Raises $32M in Funding

  • LearnWorlds, a Limassol, Cyprus- and Chania, Greece-based platform for creating and selling online courses, raises $32M in funding
  • Global venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners made the minority investment
  • The company intends to use the funds to advance its product roadmap, boost its customer success and accelerate marketing and sales focused on SMBs
  • Led by CEO Panos Siozos, the company is a cloud-based, no-code, white-label platform for creating and selling online courses
  • More than 4300 professional trainers, training organizations and corporations, in more than 120 countries, use the platform to sell online courses
  • The company plans to more than double its staff from 80 to 170 full-time employees in the next year, expanding the team internationally
