  • The amount of the deal not disclosed
  • Founded in 2014 by James Kilford, CEO, Senta dedicated to making accountancy practices more profitable and scalable with a “customer-first” approach
  • Its practice management works at the heart of accountancy firms and provides cloud-based CRM, marketing, workflow, email automation, secure documents
  • The company’s software will integrated into Iris Elements, a dynamic SaaS platform that also allows customers to move to the cloud at their own pace
  • Then the company has over 120,000 UK and international customers
