  • The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts
  • Here Not ThereLabs is developing towns, a near real-time group chat protocol and app designed for online communities to build better hometowns on the internet
  • Towns allows a community’s members to own their town squares with a fully decentralized, end-to-end encrypted chat protocol
  • While the company will be stewarding the product initially, governance and control of Towns will be transitioned to the Towns DAO progressively as they move towards decentralization of the network
