  • Gropyus, a Vienna, Austria-based sustainable building operations company, raised €100M in Series B funding
  • Vonovia made the investment, bringing the total funding amount to date to more than €200M
  • Daniel Riedl, member of the Vonovia SE management board, is a new member of Gropyus’s supervisory board
  • The company intends to use the funds to realize its long-term growth plans, which include the expansion of the production site in Richen, Germany
  • The company is an affordable serial construction and digital building operation company that creates resource-efficient, and affordable living spaces that meet the highest standards in terms of design, comfort and functionality
  • The proptech is digitalising and transforming the residential market, establishing living as a service-driven product (“Living as a service”)
