• GR Engineering (GNG) appoints co-founder Tony Patrizi as Managing Director
• Mr Patrizi has more than 40 years of experience in the mining and minerals processing sector and has been with the company since its inception
• The company says his appointment follows a “comprehensive search” carried out by an external agency
• Mr Patrizi has served as the company’s acting Managing Director since October 2022, with his official appointment to become effective immediately
• GNG shares are up 0.46 per cent, trading at $2.18 at market close
