- Golden Mile Resources (G88) has completed the first phase of aircore (AC) drilling at the Benalla Gold Trend (BGT)
- This drilling program tested three of the four priority targets previously identified at Benalla
- 61 holes, for 1618 metres, drilled across the primary BGT2 and BGT4 targets where a felsic volcanic unit was identified
- This unit spans 900 metres in length and trends in a northwest-southeast direction
- Additional aircore drilling has planned in October to test the fourth and final target as well as any areas of interest generated from analysis of these samples
- Golden Mile is up 3.51 per cent and shares are trading for 5.9 cents each at 12:35 pm AEST
