GetSwift: Announces intention to re-domicile to North America

  • Technology company GetSwift (GSW) has announced its intention to re-domicile to Canada to concentrate on its North American operations
  • GetSwift headquartered in Colorado and a significant proportion of its customers and shareholder base are North American
  • Then the board has unanimously decided the shift to listing on the Canadian NEO exchange is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders
  • Implementation of the scheme is subject to a number of conditions, including shareholder and regulatory approval in Australia and Canada
  • The NEO Exchange must also approve the listing of Holdco before the arrangement can be finalised
  • GetSwift closed Friday’s session 27.34 per cent lower at 46.5 cents
