Galena Mining Reaches construction milestone at Abra mine

  • Construction is now 75 per cent complete at Galena Mining’s (G1A) 60 per cent-owned Abra Base Metals Mine in Western Australia
  • Processing plant construction activities are 79 per cent complete, concrete civils passing is 95 per cent complete and structural steel passing is 42 per cent complete
  • Galena has also provided guidance for CY23 which is based on the recently updated mine plan, mineral resource estimation and advancing construction
  • The forecast life of mine production now averages 93,000 tonnes per annum of lead metal and 553,000 ounces per annum of silver
  • Shares in Galena are down 18.2 per cent and were trading at 13.5 cents at 1:50 pm AEST
