- Blackstone will joined by ClearSky, a cybersecurity-focused investment firm, as a co-investor in the transaction
- The Series A will be convertible into shares of FireEye’s common stock at a conversion price of $18.00 per share
- The investment is subject to customary closing conditions
- The company also intends to use the proceeds to support strategic growth initiatives
- FireEye has over 9,600 customers across 103 countries, including more than 50 percent of the Forbes Global 2000
