eSense-Lab: Appoints Yoav Elishoov as Global CEO

  • eSense-Lab (ESE) has appointed Yoav Elishoov as Global CEO to drive the next stages of growth, effective December 7
  • Yoav was previously CEO of Israeli pharmaceutical company, Trima, where he transformed sales to a sustainable growth
  • The company also announced the resignation of Country CEO, Itzik Mizrahi
  • Itzik will leave the company after a three-month transitional and handover period between himself and Yoav
  • eSense has also identified two candidates for consideration and appointment of external directors
  • The company believes that Maayan Bar and Deborah Gilmour will strengthen the company, however, their appointment is subject to shareholder approval
