Era Software: Raises $15.25M in Series A Funding

  • Era Software, the Seattle, WA-based creatot of EraDB to allow enterprises to manage hyperscale, cloud-native workloads, closed a $15.25m Series A funding
  • The round, which brought total funding raised to over $22m, was led by Playground Global with participation from existing investors Foundation Capital, Array Ventures, and angel investors
  • The company will use the capital to further accelerate product development, grow the team, and expand use cases
  • EraSearch is able to provide fast access to logs in real-time, while ensuring that durable copies of data always live within object storage
  • The company also today announced a private beta of its EraSearch Cloud product to bring its log management technology to organizations as a managed service
  • Prior to its Series A, Era Software known as EraDB, which will remain the moniker for the company’s novel time-series architecture
