  • EPCOR is a not-for-profit payments association which provides payments expertise through education
  • The acquisition, effective July 1, includes COCHA’s Fraud Alert Service and Settlement Service
  • Previously named the Management Member of COCHA in October of 2019 and carried out day-to-day operations
  • As a not-for-profit payments association that assists more than 1,800 financial institutions
  • New educational programs will also be made available to help members mitigate payment systems risks and fraud
  • The acquisition of COCHA furthers mission of providing members payments expertise through education
