E2 Metals Completes purchase of Pingüino project, Argentina

  • E2 Metals (E2M) completes its acquisition of the Pingüino silver and gold project in Argentina
  • The US$10 million (A$15 million) deal was first announced in November 2022, when Austral Canada agreed to all shares in the company that owned the project to E2M
  • The Pingüino is considered one of the largest undeveloped silver and gold resources in the Santa Cruz province of Argentina
  • E2M Managing Director Todd Williams said the company was in a “strong” financial position to pursue further growth opportunities moving forward
  • Shares in E2M are trading at 12.5 cents at 12:53 pm AEDT
