  • Backers in the new round, which valued the company at just under $142.2m USD (1.200 MSEK), included new investor TIN Fonder and current investor DIG Investment
  • The company intends to use the funds to accelerate global growth
  • Led by CEO Peter Friedrichsen, The company has developed technology that optimizes digital audio
  • The patented sound solution technology spans across mobile, gaming, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, headphones, streaming, automotive, residential and commercial AV
  • The company has offices in Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai, China; a Research & Development facility in Copenhagen, Denmark; and representation in Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and the USA
