Comet Resources: Finalises exploration deal at Barraba

Comet Resources has finalised an exploration access agreement for a large portion of land within an exploration licence at the Barraba Copper Project
The Barraba Project lies near the town of Barraba, 550 kilometres north of Sydney and spanning 2375 hectares
Then the company can now access the Murchison Copper Mine, which historically produced an average grade of 3 per cent copper, peaking at 5.1 per cent
In addition, multiple chargeability-induced polarisation (IP) anomalies, which lie to the north of the Gulf Creek Mine, are located within the landholding
Comet is now planning an exploration program to target the Murchison Copper Mine and the IP anomalies
Company shares are up an even 4 per cent on the market and are trading for 2.6 cents each
