Colossi Games: Raises $2.5M in Seed Funding

  • Colossi Games, a Limassol, Cyprus – based gaming company focused on role-playing games (RPG), raised $2.5m in seed funding
  • The round led by EQT Ventures, with participation from existing investor Play Ventures
  • The funding will used to develop and market its first game, as well as the creation of future games
  • Founded in early 2020 by CEO Manuel Prueter, CPO Andrey Panfilov, CTO Anton Petrov, Colossi Games is a games studio which is creating a social survival game on mobile
  • The game is set in Ancient Rome during the Roman Empire and incorporates elements of mythical lore
  • Players will be able to explore, band together, sabotage and fight others in colosseums as gladiators
