CharismaQ Raises $1M in Seed Funding

  • CharismaQ, a Germantown, Wis.-based coaching and communication platform, raised $1m in seed funding
  • Wisconsin-based insurance carrier West Bend Mutual Insurance, the company’s first customer, provided the funding
  • The company intends to use the new capital to accelerate platform development, marketing, sales, and coaching which will create the foundation for rapid growth and scale
  • The company provides enterprise organizations with a coaching and communication platform purpose-built to evaluate, coach, and create charismatic people
  • The solution, which uses video-based technology to evaluate and teach charisma, has secured 15 clients and coached more than 600 members in six countries
