  • The company executes a mineral leasing deal, which will expand its operations by 33,000 acres to over 69,000 acres
  • The agreement includes an option on any unleased shallow gas rights within the corridor of the newly leased oil rights
  • In addition, Calima will have access to an extensive 3D seismic database
