  • Black Mountain Energy (BME) appoints Craig Gouws as Chief Financial Officer
  • The incoming CFO replaces Alan Cooper, who will retire from the company on February 7
  • Mr Gouws is a chartered accountant with Australian and international experience gained throughout the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and the USA
  • He was most recently the CFO of Armour Energy (AJQ), a Brisbane-based company focused on the exploration, development and production of gas and associated liquids resources
  • Shares in BME hold steady at 3.1 cents as of 4:00 pm AEDT
