BBVA, the Spanish banking giant, has launched a job portal with the goal of hiring over 2,600 technology professionals by the end of 2023. The bank has already onboarded 1,200 professionals this year, with 500 of them based in Spain. They are primarily looking for software developers, data engineers, security experts, infrastructure experts, and architects. BBVA currently employs around 22,000 STEM professionals globally, comprising approximately 19% of its total workforce.
