Barton Gold Confirms 500m gold zone at Tunkillia, SA

  • Barton Gold (BGD) confirms a third gold zone at the Tunkillia gold project in South Australia
  • The 500-metre Area 51 zone has been confirmed through drilling conducted earlier this year which returned 17 metres at 3.2 g/t gold from 77 metres
  • The newly-identified zone follows the discovery of the 223 North and Area 191 prospects last year
  • Now, BartonGold will soon begin drilling the 223 deposit to update the Tunkillia’s mineral resource estimate and future drilling may take place at Area 51
  • Company shares end the day up 6.67 per cent at 16 cents each
