Auteco Minerals: Confirms $30.4M placement to fund Pickle Crow exploration

  • Auteco Minerals (AUT) has confirmed it will undertake a fully underwritten placement to raise roughly $30.4 million
  • This comes off the back of the company entering a trading halt this morning
  • 225 million new fully paid ordinary shares will issued at 13.5 cents each
  • The issue price represents a 10 per cent discount to the last closing price on Friday, July 3, of 15 cents
  • Funds will go towards accelerating exploration activities at the Pickle Crow Gold Project in Ontario, Canada
  • Shares remain in a trading halt, last trading for 15 cents each on July 3
