Artemis Resources (ARV) has appointed Boyd Timler as an independent Non-Executive Director of the company
Boyd will start his position immediately and has over 38 years of experience in the resource industry
Between 2005 and 2013, he held senior management roles with Barrick Gold Corporation in Australia and Africa
His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University Alberta, Canada
Artemis Chairman, Mark Potter, believes Boyd will add tremendous value to the company
On the market this morning, Artemis is up 7.14 per cent and is trading for 11.3 cents per share
