- Artemis Resources (ARV) has appointed Boyd Timler as an independent Non-Executive Director of the company
- Boyd will start his position immediately and has over 38 years of experience in the resource industry
- Between 2005 and 2013, he held senior management roles with Barrick Gold Corporation in Australia and Africa
- His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University Alberta, Canada
- Artemis Chairman, Mark Potter, believes Boyd will add tremendous value to the company
- On the market this morning, Artemis is up 7.14 per cent and is trading for 11.3 cents per share
