- As Boyd transitions to the executive role, Edward Mead will take on the role of Non-Executive Director, after Executive Director for six years
- In addition to the restructure, Artemis has announced the agreement to sell a portion of its interest in the Munni Munni Platinum Group Metal Project has now lapsed
- The deal signed in April and involved Artemis selling 51 percent of its 70 percent interest in the Munni Munni Project to Empire Metals and its partner, Almeera Venture
- The company identified opportunities to dispose of other non-core tenements, but more details on this will given in due time
