- Many of AZFCU’s ATMs were reaching the end of their life cycle, prompting the credit union to seek a new technology partner.

- AZFCU opted to entrust the operation of its ATM fleet to NCR Atleos and its ATM-as-a-Service (ATMaaS) solution.
- Scope of Services:
- NCR Atleos will handle the distribution, installation, maintenance, and cash management of AZFCU’s ATMs and self-service channels.
- NCR Atleos’ Portfolio:
- NCR Atleos currently provides similar services to various financial institutions, including Bank of Baroda in India and several credit unions in the US, such as United Heritage Credit Union, Seacoast Bank, and Grow Financial Federal Credit Union.

- Outsourcing Benefits:
- According to Diego Navarrete, EVP of global sales for NCR Atleos, outsourcing ATM operations will allow AZFCU to lower costs and allocate more resources to digital and growth initiatives.
