- Stuart Smith has joined the Markets business as Head of Commodities, based in Singapore
- He held leadership roles including Global Head of Commodity Structuring for Commonwealth Bank of Australia
- Mr. Kodell joined last year as ESG Advisor from KEAL Capital, now part of Melqart, where he was a partner
- In his new role, Mr. Kodell will work closely with Head of Sustainable Finance Katharine Tapley and the Markets team
