  • iRestify, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of a daily facilities management operations platform, raised $2.4m in seed funding
  • The round was led by Boston based Converge, with participation from Birchmere Ventures and Export Development Canada
  • Then the funding will used to expand geographically in North America
  • iRestify provides a platform for property management companies to manage their cleaning and maintenance services
  • Through the app, a property manager can get live updates on the cleaning crews progress and perform remote quality inspections on buildings
  • The app also has image sharing and chatting features for quick and easy communication
